This notice explains the enquiry and guidance features on Epitome People Placements' website.

Your hiring brief

The enquiry form holds your entries in the current browser page so that you can review them. It does not submit them to a website database or automatically send an email. Reloading or leaving the page clears the form entries.

When you select “Open email draft”, your browser passes the details to your chosen email application. You decide whether to send the email. Your email provider handles the draft and sent message under its own privacy arrangements. If you send the message, Epitome receives the information you include at info@epitomepeopleplacements.com.

What to include

Include the contact details and role information needed to discuss your hiring needs. Avoid confidential candidate records, identity documents or other sensitive information in the initial brief. CVs cannot be uploaded through this website.

Website and external services

The hiring guide and resource filters operate in your browser. The website does not add advertising trackers or use browser storage to save enquiry forms. The hosting service processes the technical requests needed to serve website pages. External links take you to separately operated websites.

Optional analytics

When analytics is available, we ask before loading Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics. If you allow analytics, Google receives page visits, general device and browser information, and events such as reviewing an enquiry or opening an email draft. These clicks do not confirm that an email was sent. We exclude enquiry fields, email-draft contents, query strings and URL fragments from our analytics events.

Google Analytics uses cookies to distinguish visits. Your choice is stored in this browser for up to 180 days. You can decline analytics and still use the website, or change your choice using “Analytics settings” in the footer when analytics is enabled. Withdrawing permission stops future collection on this browser and removes this site’s Google Analytics cookies.

Google processes information under its privacy policy and information about data from partner sites. Analytics data may be processed outside South Africa. The website does not use advertising personalisation or Google Signals.
